If you are a Member, you can leverage the new Evergreen University Training Portal to check out new courses, review your own course schedule, access important Training Resources and review your Training Progress!
If not logged in, you will be able to see a login box, upcoming Training Events, and quick links to Training resources (which ultimately you will need to be logged in to access), in addition to info about Evergreen University Alumni Awards.
Once you have logged in on the Evergreen University Portal, or access the portal at any time when logged into the Evergreen website, on the first half of the page you will be able to see a Welcome message, courses that you have registered for, and access to the BlueVolt portal to browse the online course catalog.
As you scroll down the page, you will find your Progress Report towards the Operations and Tool Certifications, in addition to links to view and add new Outside Schools or Teaching Activities, submit Reimbursement Requests, and access important Training Documents.
1. Sign up for a Course
In the top right of the Evergreen University portal, you will see either (logged in) courses you are registered for, or (not logged in) a list of upcoming Training Courses. Select one of the upcoming courses to review the course information and register, or select "View All Training Events".
Note, if you are not registered for events, none will be populated in your portal when you are logged in, but you will be able to access the "View All Training Events" link!
In the Training Events list, you will be able to browse by Training Category, to help you work towards your desired Certification. For example, if you are on the track to becoming a Certified Operation Specialist, you would check Certification Requirements, and browse for Training Events within these Training Categories.
Note that when you register yourself for a Training, you will now be able to select/confirm which Certification track you're on, if the course category is applicable towards Operations Specialist and/or Tool Specialist Certification!
If you are a Key Contact, you will be able to register any Members who belong to your organization.
2. Access your Transcript
Login and navigate to the Progress Report section of the Evergreen University portal, then scroll down and select "View My Transcript".
Select the items you would like to see - for example, if you only have Outside Schools and no other course credits completed, be sure to select "Outside Schools"
You will then be able to view and download you transcript.
Note, that if you are a Key Contact, you will also be able to access Transcripts for any Members who are a part of your organization.
2. Add Outside Schools
Login and navigate to the Evergreen University portal and click on the Outside Schools icon below your Training Progress section. You will be able to see your list of Outside Schools, and a button at the top right to "Add". Select "Add" and enter all pertinent information for the Evergreen team to review and approve.
Once approved it will be added to your transcript in "approved" status!
Note that if you are a Key Contact, you will be able to add Outside School Submissions on behalf of any/all Members of your organization
3. Add Teaching Activities
Do the same as above, but instead select "Teaching Activities". Here you will be able to view and add new Teaching Activities.
Use the "Add" button to fill out the form with the necessary info to be reviewed and approved by the Evergreen team.
4. Access Training Documents
Login and navigate to the Evergreen University portal, then scroll down past the Progress Report where the Resource icons are. Select "Training Material". Here you will be able to access General Program Info, Course Downloads and more.
5. Sumit a Reimbursement Request
Navigate to the Resources Icon and select "Reimbursement Form". Fill out and attach pertinent information for the Evergreen team to review and approve.
