Allow Members to use the self-registration application or let Key and Admin Contacts register their members using the processes outlined below!
1. Logging In
A. Use the login link in the upper right site navigation to use the login portal! If you are logging in for the first time, you will need to use th reset password link and enter the email address that ESN has on file for you.
You will be able to retrieve your user ID (the same as your email address, in most cases) and set your own password.
**Note - Both your user ID and password are case sensitive! Bear this in mind when logging in**
If you are unable to retrieve your password from your email account, please contact us with this information (including what email address you are using to reset your password) so we may resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
2. Member Registration via the registration portal:
Prospective Members can self-register by using the registration form.
A. Have the prospective member navigate to the Registration portal via the main site navigation.
B. If their company is in the database they will be asked to select their company from the dropdown menu, then fill out an application to be reviewed by site administrators for approval.
(If the company is not in the database, please read the "Adding Corporate Members" Helpfile - SITE ADMIN ONLY).
C. Site administrators can bulk review an approve pending memberships via the admin backend
3. Member Regsitration via the company profile:
Adminstrators AND company representatives (key contacts and admin contacts) can add members to their organization if it is already in the database.
A. Navigate to the Corporate Memberships Search feature to easily search for Member Distributors and Preferred Suppliers.
B. Click on the Profile of the Organization you'd like to update, and click on "Add Member" - note the company will be pre-filled because you are adding a member directly via the company profile.
C. On behalf of the member, fill out the application like in 1A-2.
