Paul Richardson
Sr. Vice President | IC Field Sales at Milwaukee Tool
As the Senior Vice President of Industrial Construction Sales with Milwaukee Tool, Paul leverages over two decades of industry experience. He is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, managing key relationships, and marketing industry-leading power tools. Paul balances sales and marketing responsibilities with a laser-focused drive to exceed expectations with EBIT.
After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Arizona State University, Paul began his professional career with an industry-leading manufacturer and marketer of power tools. Ultimately, Paul transitioned to Milwaukee Tool in 2008, where he started his career as a strategic account manager and field marketing manager. Paul was promoted into executive leadership with Milwaukee Tool and held positions as a vice president of sales and vice president of field marketing. He consistently performed at the highest levels and exceeded expectations in financial and sales performance. These successes led to the promotion to his current role.
Paul gives back to the community through charitable work and has run a 24-hour race for the Ryan House, raising money for chronically and terminally ill children. He also enjoys snowboarding, Hyrox Races, and traveling, along with spending quality time with his wife and children.
